Wiete is a designer, regisseur, dj and curator who works at the intersection of design, art, business and science. Her large-scale collaborative projects are characterized by an interdis-ciplinary approach and an anthropological perspective. She uses a variety of media in her artistic practice, including film editing, performance, crafts and fashion collections. Colla-boration with artists from different disciplines and collective structures are central part of her work.

As a fashion designer, Wiete explores how fashion as a socio-cultural medium can foster connections and serve as a tool for social exchange and discourse. Her work focuses on new work, gender, identity and social and ecological change. In addition, the topic of healing plays an important role in her work.

Her artist name “Bridge” stands for her ability to create bridges between different people, ideas and disciplines.
